2. Handmade Products

Our plaster creations are individually handmade. Slight variations in appearance, texture, shape, and finish are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

Product photographs are representative examples. Actual designs and packaging may vary slightly.

Our plaster pieces are intended for decorative and creative activities, not as toys for unsupervised young children. Adult supervision is recommended. Small components may present choking hazards.

3. Orders and Processing

All products are prepared with care. Processing times may vary depending on order size, customization, and current demand.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time. We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless separately agreed upon in writing.

4. Personalized and Special Orders

Personalized name kits, birthday party packages, classroom orders, and other custom requests are prepared according to the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for verifying names, spelling, quantities, themes, and other requested details before submitting their orders.

Special orders may require additional processing time. Pricing, quantities, payment arrangements, and completion dates will be confirmed before an order is accepted.

Once production has begun, personalized and special orders cannot be canceled or changed.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be calculated or communicated before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders when necessary, including orders affected by pricing errors or unavailable materials. Any payment collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

All sales are final. Because our products are handmade, prepared to order, or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or customer-provided spelling errors.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Our plaster creations are fragile and should be handled carefully.

Paints, brushes, and other kit components should be used according to their instructions and with appropriate adult supervision.

Products are not intended for consumption. Customers should keep small parts and packaging away from young children.
